The Klamath & Western Railroad, Inc. is a registered 501 (C) 3 organization. Contributions may be tax deductible. Your support is welcomed and appreciated. Membership in the Klamath & Western Railroad, Inc. is independent of membership in the three Train Mountain Organizations. In order to volunteer and operate the K & W equipment carrying visitors you must be a member of K & W to qualify under the K & W insurance coverage. You can be a member of K & W without being a member of Train Mountain. There are no other requirements. The main purpose of the K & W group is introducing the public to our hobby and running of passenger trains so the public is

exposed to our hobby and the Klamath and Western Railroad. If you are interested in membership, please come out and enjoy the fun, watching all those great smiles from all the passengers on each and every Saturday, Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. We also operate trains on two weekends in the fall for our Pumpkin Express fun days. We would love to welcome you as a member of the K&W. Members can earn run time on one of the clubs engines. Members in the same household can accumulate their times for an even longer run time. Time earned can be used any time with prior arrangements. If you are a Train Mountain member too, you can run one of the K&W engines to haul friends on the TMI track. Check with any board member for details of the member run-time program.

You do NOT need to own a locomotive or possess any special skills. The love of trains and being outdoors is enough. Come on out and meet the crew we would love to have you participate. It’s a great family place and nothings better for a father and son, than a little ‘trainin’! Sound interesting,
